Most recently however, it has topped the national economic stress list in unemployment, foreclosure and various other indictors as featured by the WSJ and other news ( link, link, link ) (ABC's link, they even have a cat that learned to say "NO" link )

Feb/10 MortgageUtopia.com origination team is now in San Diego, CA to service the Southern California area. Plans for expansion in late 2011.
